How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Your item(s) will be shipped in 1 - 2 business days. Your items will only be shipped out so long as Honest Sea Shop has received payment whether it is through credit card or e-transfer. The amount of time for shipping depends on where you live and what shipping service you used.

Is there a return policy?

Honest Sea Shop accepts returns within 30 days of the item(s) being shipped out. For a lot of our items, especially bathroom items, they can not be returned once opened due to hygienic reasons. The item must be in its original packaging and undamaged. Honest Sea Shop is not responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions or concerns, please email Nicole at nicole@honestseashop.com. 

How do you choose your products?

Honest Sea Shop tries to get products that are made in Canada. We also look at how the product can be used and the packaging. We look for items that are plastic-free or have minimal plastic, and are reusable and reduce waste. We also want to make sure that our items are healthy for you and the planet. We try to do shipping by reusing boxes and packing material. It might not look as pretty, but you know it's better than using brand new packing materials!

How do I use/ care for my products?

With each order, Honest Sea Shop will include information about how to use and care for your products. If you have any questions about your products, please do not hesitate to email Nicole at nicole@honestseashop.com.

Where and when do I pick up my order from your shop?

If you purchased items from Honest Sea Shop and chose the 'pick-up from store option', you will get an email asking when you would like to pick-up your order and with the address of where to pick-up (in North Vancouver). You can choose to pick up your order from 10AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday. You just have to let us know when you'll be stopping by!

How do I send an e-transfer?

If you decide to pay for your purchase with an e-transfer instead of credit card, you have to send an e-transfer at the time of your order to nicole@honestseashop.com. The password will be the first item of your order. Your order will be filled once e-transfer is received.
